EUROPEAN BRANCH
Members of our European Branch are full members of the Hartman Institute, so the basic information on our " Membership Directory" page is repeated below. To find individual members, go to that page and do a search for the country (or countries) in which you are interested.
Membership benefits are:
1. You may attend, participate in, and make presentations at our annual conferences, usually held in October of each year.
2. You will be listed on the "Membership Directory" page of this website.
3. You will be eligible to be listed on the "Axiological Service Provider" page of this website. Go to that page for information about additional requirements.
4. Your dues payment covers a subscription to our JOURNAL OF FORMAL AXIOLOGY: THEORY AND PRACTICE, postage paid anywhere in the world.
5. You may use and do research in the Hartman Archives of the Special Collections Library at The University of Tennessee. Go to the "Research Topics" page for more information about the contents of these archives.
6. You become a part of a network of scholars and consultants who can help you.
To become a new member of the Robert S. Hartman Institute, or to renew your membership, you must (1) submit a Membership Application and Renewal form and (2) pay annual dues of $75.00 per year.
To obtain a copy of the Membership Application and Renewal form, please click on "Membership Forms" in the menu to the left. Please print out the form, fill it out, and send along with your check or PayPal payment for annual dues to:

To print the form without printing your whole computer screen, you may need to click on the printer icon on the right at the bottom of the Application form.

Annual dues of $75.00 cover both membership and a subscription to the JOURNAL OF FORMAL AXIOLOGY: THEORY AND PRACTICE, postage paid worldwide.
Please make your checks payable to the "Robert S. Hartman Institute". Payment may also be made using PayPal. However, if you do this, the basic payment must be increased by 2% in order to cover the PayPal charges to RSHI. To use PayPal, please follow the directions given next.
PAY ON LINE BY "PAYPAL" AND CHARGE IT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD
Anyone may now pay annual dues, etc. using PayPal and have this charged to your credit card, BUT YOU MUST ADD AN EXTRA 2 PERCENT TO YOUR PAYMENT TO COVER PAYPAL FEES. To pay anything to the Hartman Institute using PayPal, you have to open your own account with them if you do not have one already. Just follow these steps:
1. Go to the PayPal website: http://www.paypal.com/.
2. Either log in or sign up as a new member.
3. At the top of their page, click on their "Send Money" button.
4. Fill in the form that comes up. Most of it is self-explanatory, but you need two bits of information:
"Recipient's Email": fill in: darlene@valuepartnersconsulting.com
"Note": In this box, write what the payment covers. It may cover any of the following.
Membership Dues
Axiological Service Provider Listings
Contributions to the Institute
Registration fee for Annual Meeting
Fees for Seminars, Courses, etc.
Indicate any other reasons for payment
5. Having done the above, hit "Continue" at the bottom of the page and finish the transaction.
6. After finishing with PayPal, please write or e-mail Darlene Clark and tell her what you have done so that she can keep all of her records straight.
