Day One | Session 5In this presentation, Sophie will share a case study using HVP data from a group of professionals, guiding you through the process of analysing these results to provide meaningful insights for the organisation. Group data can go far beyond highlighting collective strength or development areas and this session will explore different ways of breaking down the results to create maximum value. Sophie will demonstrate how to leverage key findings to inform training initiatives, influence business-wide decisions, and shape organizational policy. Additionally, she will offer practical advice for practitioners and coaches on how to present these findings effectively for their own marketing purposes. Session Takeaways
Day One | Session 6The institute set out to hire a writer and assistant for the Happy Hour and other marketing initiatives. Seven candidates applied who took the HVP. The original statements were ranked by each candidate. The results were fed into three different versions of the HVP for analysis. In this session, we will review the seven candidates, see how each system evaluated the candidates, and the learnings from the effort. Additionally, we will review the work product of two of the applicants in the context of their HVP scores. Session Takeaways
Day One | Session 7In the past five years, there has been an increasing set of very compelling conversations on the topic of “Value Capture.” These are distinctly axiological conversations though few people advancing this information and concern seem to know little about axiology. We could help them! In turn, they could help us gain insights into our work, especially in the interpretation of Dr. Hartman’s assessment. Even more, we can find that Dr. Hartman was well ahead of these very contemporary concerns in his original insights. Dr. Hartman had the entire issue covered, but the issues presently being discussed can help enhance the appreciation of all that he did. Session Takeaways
Day Two | Session 1A half-century ago, Dr. Hartman gave the world a powerful roadmap for unleashing humanity's potential to create ever-greater value and goodness in the world: I>E>S. Yet today’s dominant leadership and leader development models have little resemblance to what Dr. Hartman envisioned. Clearly, the world is in dire need of a new, more valuegenic form of leadership to take root in every segment of society. In this session, we will explore what we, as practitioners and researchers, can do and do differently to move the needle in a significant way. By the end of the session, you’ll have several new and compelling ways to think about, present, and deliver axiology-based interventions for leadership and organizational development that could help us fulfill Dr. Hartman’s vision of a world that values harmony, justice, and the flourishing of all. Session Takeaways
Day Two | Session 2Explore the transformative power of Machine Learning (ML) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the Hartman Value Profile (HVP) model. This session delves into practical applications of ML/AI, illustrating how these technologies enhance and refine the HVP framework. Attendees will engage in discussions that bridge theory and practice, examining generative AI's capabilities in value-based assessments and decision-making processes. Join us in uncovering innovative approaches that ML and AI bring to understanding and applying the Hartman model in diverse contexts. Session Takeaways
Day Two | Session 3In Value by Design, we explore what it means to build a transformative brand as we apply formal axiology to branding. The session will focus on exploring and providing practical strategies for integrating Hartman's value dimensions into brand development and design across all stages of your customer’s journey. With axiological alignment in branding, attendees will be able to identify and create their own brands to resonate deeply with their customers and endure over time. This session is ideal for practitioners who run their own business brand / operate a personal brand or those who work with brands as part of their own consulting practice. Attendees can expect practical insights, tactical steps for brand building, and an exploration of Hartman's dimensions in branding. Session Takeaways
Day Two | Session 4HVP adds a unique layer of awareness to psychosis and defense mechanisms. Paired with Chris Voss negotiation tactics and a rich story emerges. The audience will be introduced to the patterns that influence psychosis, neurosis and defense mechanisms. Individuals and systems with these patterns tend to be the most "stuck" in their ways. Negotiation tactics paired with pattern awareness are used to facilitate motion and guide awareness to get unstuck becoming markedly more functional. Session Takeaways
Day Two | Session 5This presentation includes access to processes, tools, and resources we use with everyday leaders. It aims to empower you and your clients by blending theoretical understanding with practical applications. After much trial and error with hundreds of busy, practically oriented business leaders, Suzie has discovered what excites them to use Axiology daily. This includes the debriefing process that always works, specific hiring questions and coaching questions for how someone scores on the Dimensional Balance Page Graph, and access to their training slides and graph Memory Jogger Card. Suzie will share real-life case studies and the impact that helping everyday leaders understand and apply axiology has had on her business. Session Takeaways
