Join us for the 49th Annual Robert S. Hartman Institute Conference! Our time together will be aligned under the theme of "Curiosity as a Catalyst for Good". The conference will take place at The Indigo Los Colinas Hotel in Irving, Dallas, Texas, from October 22-24, 2025.

Join fellow conference attendees for an informal evening gathering in The Los Colinas hotel lobby. Food and drinks are available for purchase in the lobby bar.
This is not an RSHI-sponsored event but an opportunity to mingle prior to the kickoff of the conference.

Day One | Thursday, October 23rd | 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Day One Sessions begin at 8:30 AM and will continue through 5:30 PM. Lunch will be provided.
 
In the evening, we will have a formal conference reception at 5:30 PM immediately following closing remarks. 

Day Two | Friday, October 24th | 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Day Two Sessions begin at 8:30 AM and will continue through 3:00 PM. Lunch will be provided.
 
Attendees are encouraged to linger after the conference to network or grab refreshments in the hotel lobby bar to continue the rich conversations from the prior two days.

The committee are looking for sessions that incorporate the theme 'Curiosity as a Catalyst for Good' and provide thought-provoking insights to the conference attendees. Sessions can be a presentation, panel discussion, sharing a case study or workshop-style. Please thoroughly review our speaker guidelines here before applying. All speakers and any of their guests must register for the event.
